1. We need to straighten something out as summer approaches, people.
2. It's really that simple.
3. ALL BODIES ARE SUMMER BODS.
4. Louder for the folks in the back!
5. It's okay to have goals for yourself, but it's also important to understand how society's standard of euro-centric beauty shapes how we view ourselves.
6. So by goddess, buy that itty-bitty romper you've been lusting after.
7. Or that string bikini -- if you want!
8. Stand in awe of your body, of it's beauty and power.
9. Perhaps, even marvel at your lines, stretch marks, wrinkles, rolls, scars, acne, and other signs of a life lived.
10. It takes daily work to undo a lifetime of internalized beauty standards.
11. It's so worth it.
12. Nobody will tell you it's easy. Sometimes the realizations are deep.
13. But once the body-love manifests, there's no going back.
14. You might find yourself hightailing it in the other direction when friends and coworkers start telling you about their annual crash diets.
15. Nothing is going to shake you off this self-love train.
16. You're here to stay.
17. Because self-love is the best kind of love.
18. Summer is for everyone.
19. Not every moment of every day will be perfect.
20. But you're well on your way to body-loving nirvana. #Summer2017
